On New Year’s Resolutions
We all do it. Every year we make a goal, practical or not, and we commit to achieving it for the New Year. Sometimes these goals are as simple as: not eating carbs, working out 2x per week, not swearing, cutting down on sugar, etc. Sometimes we, as humans, create more unattainable goals, and the busyness of life takes over and we then feel upset that we couldn’t see them through. If you are one of the people making small goals or big ones, at least you are making goals! S
